On 22nd June Derryloran Boyne Defenders held their
50th Anniversary Parade.
Before the parade the band had provided
a bouncy castle for the children of the local area
Then the Cookstown Fife and Drum Corp entertained
the public. The parade had an attendance of over 30 bands
and the evening ended with Derryloran unfurling their new uniforms
and the band again providing entertainment for the
local community with a fire works display.
The bus had quite a few visitors and it was great to see
some people I hadn't seen from last year. For some of them it
had been a really difficult year. Our prayers are for them.
